2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be provided if the meeting is canceled by us.
• If a refund is issued, it will be processed through the original payment method via the third-party payment provider.
• A service charge may be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
• No refunds will be provided if the user fails to attend the scheduled session.

3. Service Cancellation

• Users can request cancellations before the session starts, but refunds are subject to approval based on our policy.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues on our side, the session may be rescheduled or refunded.
